The Kailua Beach
House consists of a seven bedroom main house and a two bedroom separate
cottage surrounding the free-form swimming pool and fronting world
famous Kailua beach, making it the perfect accommodation for large
groups of up to 18 guests.
The house occupies approximately 5000 sq. ft. on two levels, the
cottage approximately 600 sq. ft. Both are situated on a half acre of
private, fenced beach front property.
The poolside cabana has a built in barbeque. There is plenty of
informal covered outdoor seating and dining.
This casual, beachfront residence is open-styled with ocean view
breakfast area and kitchen.
The large dinner table seats up to ten guests. The oceanfront living
area has an entertainment center with TV, VCR, stereo and cassette
player.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, upstairs are another five bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have king beds, two have queen beds, the other
three have twin beds.
The Kailua Beach House is a non-smoking vacation rental. There
are ceiling fans throughout.
The ground floor master bedroom has its own private bath. There
is also a central downstairs bath. The five
upstairs bedrooms share two baths.
The property decor features light colors, pastels and tropical prints
and has quality furnishings and appliances.
The two bedroom, one bath cottage rental is located in a separate
building above the live-in caretakers quarters.
The cottage features its own kitchen and dining area for four.
One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has twin beds.
